Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods.
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure costeffectiveness.
- Monitor and report on the performance of carriers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide customer service support for all transportation inquiries.
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC H4S 1G3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- logistics: 1 year (preferred)
