Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
- Manage, coordinate and oversee daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, patient relations and filing.
- Manage office inventory and maintenance.
Human Resources:
- Assist with the onboarding, training and management of new and current administrative employees.
- Oversee employee performance, records and documentation
Financial Management:
- Handle invoicing, expense tracking and budget monitoring.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication with patients as well as within the office, between departments and Management.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, patient demos and events.
- Work with Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations and procedure implementation across locations.
Stakeholder Support:
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, hospitals and service teams to enhance overall experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of CPAP equipment or healthcare industry (preferred but not required).
- Medical retail experience is a plus.
