Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


Administrative Management:

  • Manage, coordinate and oversee daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, patient relations and filing.
  • Manage office inventory and maintenance.

Human Resources:

  • Assist with the onboarding, training and management of new and current administrative employees.
  • Oversee employee performance, records and documentation

Financial Management:

  • Handle invoicing, expense tracking and budget monitoring.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective communication with patients as well as within the office, between departments and Management.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, patient demos and events.
  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations and procedure implementation across locations.

Stakeholder Support:

  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, hospitals and service teams to enhance overall experience.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Knowledge of CPAP equipment or healthcare industry (preferred but not required).
  • Medical retail experience is a plus.
