Saint John Nissan is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our team

The Service Video Advisor will take videos of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping them updated on progress and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process.

This role will also involve maintaining a tidy environment both in the shop and on the lot, as well as other duties assigned by the Service Manager.

This is an entry-level position, providing the opportunity to gain a rewarding career with Atlantic Canada's largest automotive group. This role will also require the Videographer to provide backup as a Service Advisor when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
  • Proper explanation of the technicians' vehicle prognosis on video
  • Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
  • Cleanliness of service department
  • Service department support when and where required

Wage Range:
$ $18.50 / Hour

Requirements:


  • Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
  • Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
