Human Resources Assistant (Co-op or Intern) - must be in a current Degree/Diploma/Certificate Program

Reporting to the Sr.

Director, HRBP, the HR Co-op Student is responsible for providing general HR support to the various functions of the Human Resources Department.

They will have a variety of administrative responsibilities, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

This role is a great opportunity for a Human Resources Co-op Student who is passionate about learning and contributing to employer and employee success.

This is a full time opportunity for a 3-4 month internship/contract.


What you will be doing:


Payroll and Benefits:


  • Maintain and upload documents into HR files
  • Gather information from employee files upon request including scanning, copying, and sending documents.
  • Prepare Employment Verification letters
  • Provide support with assigned projects

Recruitment / New Hire Process:


  • Exposure to the entire recruitment life cycle within the organization
  • Preparation of virtual New Hire packages
  • Exposure to inperson New Hire Orientations

Learning and Development:


  • Support with the coordination of Learning The Rexall Way training sessions and/or ther training as required.
  • Perform other Administrative duties as assigned

ER/LR

  • Support ER/LR
