Our wellness clinic is looking to hire an Office Manager who is outgoing, professional and possesses a strong work ethic.

• Experience working in a health care office or spa
• Proficient with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point, Scheduling software systems
• Strong ability to work independently and with others
• Must be an effective problem solver and have the ability to think outside of the box
• Must possess strong time management skills and work well under pressure
• Is a proficient leader however, is open to taking direction and learning new things
• Previous office management experience is an asset but not necessary

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings
• Monday to Friday
