- Design, implement, and support GN's Mitel VoIP telephony systems.
- Provide Tier-3 telephony support and mentorship to technical teams.
- Support Contact Centre routing, call flows, and system integrations.
- Provide remote or onsite telephony support to GN communities.
- Coordinate with telephony vendors and application providers.
- Create and maintain telephony documentation.
- Support GN IPS telephony-related infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to post-mortem reviews and service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain telephony documentation.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years' experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise telephony systems.
- Industry certifications in Cisco, Mitel, or related telephony platforms preferred.
- Ability to design and support large, distributed VoIP environments.
- Experience implementing campus-wide VoIP and Contact Centre technologies.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide Tier-3 support.
