Account Executive - Commercial Insurance


As an Account Executive with Western Financial Group, you will use your insurance expertise to prospect and bring new clients to the organization, ensuring your customers have the coverage they need.

This is a hybrid work opportunity with paid licensing and training.


Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Prospect and upsell to clients on all lines of business sold.
  • Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
  • Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long term sustainable growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
  • Continuous selfdevelopment, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses.

  • Level 2 Insurance license required

  • A selfmotivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
  • You are a resultsdriven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity

Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week
