The Community Residence Counselor will provide direct patient care through group and individual counseling within the scope of defined practice. They will establish relationships with patients that are helpful, maintain professional boundaries, intervene in managing complex patient situations, participate in leading/co-leading patient groups, provide direction/supervision to patients as needed.
