Job Summary
We are seeking a customer service focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs and daily administrative daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers regarding service
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
- General Administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning documents, mailing invoices and other office administrative duties as required
- Manage spreadsheets and service schedules
- Assist customers with ordering parts for appliances
- Schedule service appointments
- Creating and processing Invoices for Service and Parts
- Undertake various other tasks as needed
- Has training and general knowledge of accounting functions
- Experience in Reception, Administration or a related field
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Has time management and task prioritization skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Is organized, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Is proficient with account programs such as Sage 50, Microsoft Office and Excel
- Is great with people and has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Fluent English is a must.
