Job Summary
We are seeking a customer service focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs and daily administrative daily tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers regarding service
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
  • General Administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning documents, mailing invoices and other office administrative duties as required
  • Manage spreadsheets and service schedules
  • Assist customers with ordering parts for appliances
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Creating and processing Invoices for Service and Parts
  • Undertake various other tasks as needed
  • Has training and general knowledge of accounting functions
  • Experience in Reception, Administration or a related field
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Has time management and task prioritization skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Is organized, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Is proficient with account programs such as Sage 50, Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Is great with people and has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Fluent English is a must.
