- Assist in strategy, planning, execution and measurement of North America field events, collaborating closely with commercial, partnerships, corporate affairs and global teams.
- Execute end‑to‑end event program management and logistics from initial planning to post‑event follow up, including vendor management, budget management, event promotions, lead list uploads and ROI measurement.
- Identify co‑marketing partnership opportunities and build/activate collaborations to drive growth and accelerate pipeline.
- Provide data, insights and supporting engagement on strategic events to support the commercial team and drive net new pipeline.
- Execute on community building in key sectors, personas and industries, focusing on key metropolitan centers (SF, NYC) and broad North America.
- Continuously identify opportunities to drive growth – this role is all about driving B2B growth.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years experience in a B2B marketing role with specific experience in conferences/events and partnerships/community management.
- Strong ability to logistically execute on multiple concurrent events that require effective pre/during/post motions and communication among cross‑functional teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Experience in a fast‑moving startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Strong analytical skills to make data‑driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑obsessed approach.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Experience with and Marketo.
- Demonstrated success in creating and growing communities that drive brand loyalty, amplify customer/partner engagement and contribute to pipeline generation goals.
- Proven track record of developing and executing co‑marketing programs with partners, such as co‑hosted webinars, joint field events and integrated campaigns that enhance partner relationships and generate pipeline.

What You'll Do
As the first local marketing hire in Canada you will drive growth and help scale our Canadian SME business from 0 to 1 and beyond. This hybrid role is based in Toronto and reports directly to the Head of SME, Canada and our global Head of Marketing.
