    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • Administer the Workato platform.
    • Assist Systems Architect with detailed technical design for new integrations
    • Define, document and enforce code standards and best practices for Workato recipe development
    • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and approve production releases
    • Ensure that documentation for Workato recipes and integration schedules is kept up to date
    • Perform and document RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) for production outages
    • Maintain list of data common errors, investigate and work with stakeholders to resolve.
    • For data related errors, work with Data Quality Analyst, system owners and business stakeholders

    Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

    • 8+ years any integration tool (Informatica, Tibco, Boomi, Mulesoft, etc)
    • 2+ years dev experience using Workato including custom connectors.
    • Self driven individual with good problem solving skills
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT program (MIS, Comp Sci, etc) or equivalent experience
    • In depth knowledge of system connectivity such as API, Webhooks, PubSub
    • Strong understanding of data formats such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
    • Scripting knowledge of java script and Ruby
    • Ability to optimize and improve upon existing recipes.
    • Ability to write basic SQL queries

    Preferred Skills, Education and Certifications:

    • Workato Automation Pro 1 /Pro 2 Certification
    • Understanding of data privacy concerns such as PII, HIPA and GDPR
    • SQL scripting with advanced SQL skills including DML
    • Experience with Google Cloud Platform BigQuery database and/or Data Fusion tool
    • Familiarity with sFTP, Jira, Confluence, and Freshdesk tools a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds
    • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day
    • Ability to use standard office equipment

    Compensation range: $109k- $150k /year
