Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls with potential leads, new and existing customers and resellers
• Use proven selling techniques to qualify/condition customers and understand their requirements
• Communicating and following up on your customers on regular basis to build rapport
• Build and manage sales pipeline on the CRM
• Providing quotes over the phone and converting them into the sales

Sales Experience is not essential but must be competent with computers. Confident, quick-witted with no fear of talking over the phone.

Personality

• Must love talking as it is an essential ingredient
• Well organized, wellspoken, and friendly
• A positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
• Excellent memory
• Ability to listen and understand the customer needs
