We're looking for our next Coordinator, Programmatic Media. Could It Be You?

As the Coordinator, Programmatic Media, you will be supporting and assisting in the setting up, managing and monitoring campaign performance in multiple DSPs.

What's it like working as an Coordinator, Programmatic Media at Questrade?
In this role you will be responsible for helping grow multiple lines of businesses by supporting Sr. Specialist, Programmatic Media with execution, performance monitoring, optimizations, and reporting.

You will be an important part of the paid media team, working with the media team, the planning team, and external partners.

As a coordinator you will:


  • Assist with Inplatform execution of all Programmatic media campaigns on various platforms including campaign setup, ad trafficking, targeting, creative uploading/sync and testing, audience assignment and automated/manual report generation
  • Assist in the development and organization of plans & recommendations for Programmatic Media
  • Assist with weekly/monthly reporting for all campaigns
  • Responsible for updating media plans, budgets, and budget summaries where required
  • Assist with deep dives into large data sets, execution of analysis and developing insights and optimization strategy according to the objective.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments in digital marketing as well as consumer behavior
So are YOU our next Coordinator, Programmatic Media? You are if you have

  • At least 1 year Programmatic Media experience
  • Degree or Diploma in media, business, finance, mathematics or statistics preferred
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess active listening skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite of products
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Detailoriented and able to produce accurate work product
