Job Description:


Reporting to the Associate Manager, Studio Producing, the Coordinator, Studio Producing is responsible for allocating work and resources across Content and Localization and/or Visual Production teams in our best-in-class Studio for Womenswear, Menswear and/or Everything Else product categories.

Through proper production planning, he/she will coordinate the execution of assets and content creation for e-commerce, marketing, editorial, sales, and brand development across multiple languages.

As a proactive planner, scheduler and troubleshooter, you ensure deliverables are on time and on budget, launches dates and website upload daily targets are met as per the agreed upon quality, SSENSE identity and brand guidelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Production - 80%

  • Plan low to medium complexity production and prioritize products according to quantitative and qualitative success metrics
  • Coordinate and dispatch the work to be carried out by creating and maintaining detailed production schedules for visual production and/or content and localization teams, across Menswear, Womenswear and Everything Else categories
  • Perform resource allocation by confirming booking with freelancer and agencies for studio talent and model
  • Track production deliverables, report and escalate issues and risks by providing information on the impacts in terms of scope resource planning or future changes
  • Utilize the inbound studio merchandise report to forecast upcoming production
  • Execute production plan according to defined business requirements and marketing product launch calendar as directed by the Lead Studio Producing
  • Ensure all timelines, launch dates and website upload daily targets are met as per the agreed quality guidelines and performance objectives
  • Review quality control and ensure accurate information on all items (e.g., copy, visual and specs) responding to and correcting discrepancies in a timely fashion
  • Perform production and quality data entry as it relates to own works, maintain KPI and operational studio dashboard updated

Training and Development - 10%

  • Support the Studio Producing team with onboarding related tasks, help in developing training materials and participate in providing training on studio production tools and guidelines

Continuous Improvement - 10%**- Collaborate in business initiatives to improve daily operations, productivity, communication and ways of working as it relates to studio production processes, workflows and standardization of tools and procedures

  • Contribute to visual and content production projects to optimize business performance through accurate planning

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related experience an asset
  • 23 year of experience in coordination or logistics role, fashion, ecommerce and/or creative industry environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites (specifically Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Open to working evenings and weekends, as required
  • Understanding of scheduling and tracking with asset and project management tools
  • Understanding of performance metrics, content production processes and online merchandising tactics
  • Interest in ecommerce and knowledge in fashion, styling or copywriting
  • English and French written and verbal communication skills
