Working closely with the Estimating and Production departments, the Project Coordinator reviews drawings and documents before handing over to the production team and closing the communication gap when it comes to the beginning stages of our projects.
The production team relies on them to help with preparing assembly lists and drawings, quality control, ensuring required materials are on order and everything in-between to ensure a smooth build.

Responsibilities:
- Reviews initial drawings and refines if needed. Completes shop drawings as needed.
- Identify custom components requiring more attention and notifying the Production Manager.
- Effectively communicates with team members and customers on all project related topics.
- Provides assistance to Production Manager and Production Supervisor, as needed.
- Promotes strong, longlasting relationships by adopting a teamcentric approach.
- Assists with scheduling projects according to priority, keeping them on track, and within set completion dates.
- Drafting shop drawings and layout plans.
- Assists with quality control documentation.
- Reporting production hours and material consumption.
- Schedules project inspections ie. electrical inspections.
- Creates Project Assemblies and component lists.
- Other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and basic proficiency with Sketch Up Layout software, or other layout software.
- Knowledge of and basic proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understands building processes and constructability.
- Aptitude for numbers, specifically related to calculating time and material costs.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a trade.
- Teamoriented attitude.
- Learning and growth mindset; willing to undergo training if necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent.
Hourly**:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year.
