We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead our projects from conception to completion.


Position Overview:


As a Project Manager at Haddon Homes, you will play a crucial role in managing our key client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within the budget and within scope.

You will oversee all aspects of projects; from setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and summarising project status for upper management.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget constraints.
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage client relationships and project stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Exceptional clientfacing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in problem analysis and problemsolving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in developing and tracking budgets, coaching, supervision, staffing, and performance management.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in project management, preferably in the construction or design industry.
  • Certification in Project Management is an asset.
