Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 8:15 pm to 12:00 am


The Opportunity:


Responsible to perform Alpha/Numeric data entry of multiple fields as per client requirements using the GBS Data Entry systems in accordance with Symcor procedures and quality guidelines to meet daily productivity output requirements continuously achieving GBS Operator's Service Level Schedule (SLS).


About the role:


  • Key Alpha/Numeric data using GBS Data Entry system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure complete understanding of Multiple GBS Applications and the respective client requirements therein.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through teamwork.

Location:

This role is currently in office - 400 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg.


What you need to have to succeed:

  • Ability to enter alpha and numeric data at a minimum of 10,800 keystrokes per hour (KPH) and maintain an accuracy of 95% or higher
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated team player who is able to operate with mínimal supervision
