Job Description:


Provide administrative, technical, and coordination support to our Canadian Properties and assist in developing/implementing initiatives to enhance the operation and service levels of our internal and external customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in cataloging photo collection
  • Updating templates, shifting from PowerPoint to Publisher
  • Assist in Creating/editing best practice guides
  • Admin support to Regional Marketing team include general admin duties, light accounting
  • Updating and uploading Toronto Region photos to Brookfield Digital Photo Library (Bynder)
  • Assist with event administration, management, and execution arts, regional and retail activations
  • Assist with regional app administration and posting
  • Assist with app onboarding activations
  • Audit website, noting bugs, making updates gathering the necessary information
  • Assist with maintaining

RME G:
Drive and property channels on Teams

  • Correspond with Toronto region property teams update retail listings monthly, new openings
  • Renew and review social mediacaptions provided by Media Agency
  • Attend RME monthly meetings, provide and circulate meeting minutes
  • Assist with corporate communications by collecting copy and images, formatting in the template

QUALIFICATIONS

SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines, have strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work both independently as part of a team
  • Relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Strong detail orientation

EDUCATION/DESIGNATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Marketing courses are considered an asset
  • Project Management courses are considered an asset

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint experience required
  • Photo editing skills required
  • WordPress skills and/or ability to be a fast learner
  • Experience with social media platforms' Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok
  • Ability to learn digitalbased project management platforms (Trello)
