    Description

    Sanivac est à la recherche d'un(e) agent(e) de service à la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe jeune et dynamique. En tant que responsable du service à la clientèle, tu devras t'assurer que nos clients reçoivent un service humain et de qualité à la hauteur de nos standards.

    Depuis 1961, Sanivac, une entreprise d'ici, québécoise et familiale, se positionne comme chef de file dans divers services environnementaux. Nos spécialités incluent la location de toilettes portatives et de roulottes sanitaires, le nettoyage d'égouts, ainsi que la vidange de fosses septiques et de trappes à graisse. Nous sommes également experts en hydro-excavation et en maintenance d'infrastructures urbaines.

    Salaire : à partir de 55 000$/ année, possibilité d'ajustement compétitif selon ton expérience et tes qualifications

    Horaire : Temps plein de jour, du lundi au vendredi

    Les défis que nous avons pour toi :

    • Répondre aux appels entrants et aux courriels entrants et traiter les demandes de service

    • Prendre les commandes et fournir des informations précises sur nos services

    • Assurer la résolution des demandes dès le premier contact lorsque possible

    • Effectuer des suivis auprès des clients suite aux offres de services

    • Mettre à jour les dossiers clients et assurer une communication efficace avec les équipes opérationnelles

    Ce que nous recherchons chez toi :

    • Expérience minimum de 2 ans en environnement de bureau

    • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Expérience pertinente en centre d'appels (un atout)

    • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit
