What you'll do at PAL:
- Perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Communicate with vendors as required
- All other duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
- College certificate or University Degree in Accounting/Business (Experience would be considered equally)
- Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to obtain a clear record of conduct.
