Job Description:

The Ramada Plaza Calgary Downtown is looking for a Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor.

This Part time, hourly position is suited for a superstar who desires a long term career in Food & Beverage and Hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Lead our food & beverage teams during daily operations to provide outstanding guest experiences
Provide exceptional service to all guests encountered within the hotel and food & beverage outlets
Turn any guest issues into opportunities to WOW and delight
Ensure exceptional food quality by expediting and running food orders for all outlets during peak meal periods
Provide an enhanced In-Room Dining experience when taking, setting up and delivering orders
Ensure proper sanitation and visual appearance of dining and bar tables
Maintain speedy service and accurate billing by assisting food and beverage team members with cashiering
Provide an exceptional meeting experience by assisting the Banquet team in serving guest functions
Provide unique meeting experiences by assisting the Banquet team in cleaning & setting function rooms with style and creativity that showcases our brand and facilities
Work closely with the Banquet Team Leader to organize and execute memorable events
Support our food & beverage teams by working shifts in the Restaurant or Bar as required
Assist in upholding and implementing hotel and corporate strategies in the food & beverage departments
Other duties as required
