Duties and Responsibilities

Using the knowledge of global clearing and market infrastructures and Canadian payments schemes to provide solution for the bank's digital banking and payments development projects and to proactively identify opportunities for new services or products.
Design and delivery of industryfocused payments systemsrelated programs, working closely with internal and external parties.
Lead aspects of the proposal development cycle; contribute to the development of proposal technical content and proposal presentations, and assisting in payment system development activities.
Working closely with technology and operations to ensure payment systems reflect regulatory requirements, and are informed by, and aligned with, the strategic objectives.
Create and manage strong relationships with regulators, government or clearing organizations and correspondent bank representatives.
Develop highperforming teams by providing coaching and mentoring to junior staff members

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic credentials
5+ years of progressive and relevant consulting or payments industry experience in financial institution.
Ability to develop and present information to the senior managements.
Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills, flexibility to thrive in an everchanging environment, and a "get it done" attitude.
Ability to conduct research, as well as analyze and understand regulations.
Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to present in a business context, provide high quality output, and develop.
Proficient in power point, MS office, Excel and Visio
Data analysis in MS Excel VBA is a plus
