Requirements:

Day-to-day you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Merchandiser Experience portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the company's vision, goals, and customer needs.
  • Own the endtoend vision for how merchandisers interact with , from discovery to execution, and align it with your Product managers.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute product initiatives that enhance the merchandiser experience.
  • Create and socialize a compelling roadmap that translates into an iterative and valuedriven backlog for your product team.
  • Orchestrate gotomarket activities with sales and marketing across your portfolio and product team.
  • Conduct customer and user interviews to better understand needs, challenges, and workflows to drive improvements and innovations within the product.
  • Work to support major new customer onboarding where necessary.
  • Utilize data and insights to prioritize product features and enhancements, ensuring they deliver measurable value to our customers and the business.
  • Perform competitive research and analysis and leverage these insights to inform your product and portfolio level vision and strategy.
  • Research market trends, and make sure we're planning for where the market will be in a few years, not just today.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product strategy, roadmaps, and progress against key metrics.
  • Provide visionary leadership to your Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture.
  • When appropriate, hire, mentor and develop team members with product management best practices, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to our customers and the company's success.

You would be a good fit if:

  • You have experience of leading the definition and delivery of products and initiatives which have a high degree of cross-functional complexity and integration.
  • You seek an entrepreneurial environment and have a trackrecord of delivering results in a highgrowth environment.
  • You have excellent analytical abilities, you effectively use data to drive decisions and can coach others to do the same.
  • You are motivated to see value delivered in production and aren't satisfied with worksintheory solutions.
  • You have experience running product in a B2B SaaS context, bonus points if you have experience working with multiple personas within this context.
  • You have an ecommerce background, including digital merchandising, category management, product management, etc.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • You are excited to bring learnings from your experience to augment our product culture.
  • You're passionate about the growth and development of your Product Managers and see their success as your success.
  • You have demonstrated success working with teams including a significant number of remote and distributed members, particularly in engineering roles.
  • Familiarity working in an agile software development environment with empowered teams.
