We are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Brantford, Ontario, Industry and Water segment

Day Shift:
Monday to Friday, on call for emergencies.

What you'll bring to the team:

Must have a minimum of three (3) years of combined maintenance and industrial planning experience, ideally in a chemical manufacturing environment;
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering in the chemical industry. Years of experience related to planning or maintenance can be compensated for the Bachelor's degree in Engineering
High level computer skills
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Internet (i.e. SharePoint)
Knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
Knowledge of AutoCAD software is an asset.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Strong organizational skills

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintenance of preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and SAP master data
Plan and coordinate resources to maximize the efficiency of the Maintenance department. This includes issuing work orders, purchasing materials and parts, and managing inventory.
Manage regulatory inspections of equipment.
Responsible for managing the Management of Change process (MOC).
Participate in the implementation of Kemira's process safety standard, including process risk analysis, prestartup safety assessment, safe operating procedures, safe operating limits, etc.
Manage CAPEX projects at various stages including quoting, submitting and installation
Work in accordance with Kemira standards and industry best practices.
Act as a technical resource for maintenance personnel
Coordinate and communicate with external contractors and vendors

Able to respond appropriately and immediately to emergencies
