Description

Job Functions

  • Greet and welcome walkin clients.
  • General maintenance of Reception, Library, Showroom and Showroom kitchen.
  • Responsible for meeting room bookings, employee phone/extension lists.
  • Responsible for inventory and orderings of office supplies including paper and toner.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, including managing courier services, and maintaining mail machine.
  • Assist and support, when required, the Administrative Team with, but not limited to, invoicing customers, customer collections, and organizing/entering payables.
  • Maintenance of the ABI Information inbox.
Recommend and implement enhancements to current procedures that will improve operational effectiveness.

  • Other duties as required.

Skills Requirements - Asset

  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments, key business partners, and government agencies.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Team Design asset.

Salary:
$38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
