Finished Goods Coordinator

Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.? Can you take charge of a process and follow all of the pieces through to completion? Do you possess above average computer skills, particularly with Excel? Are you very organized? Can you successfully multi-task in a busy environment? Then IFR Workwear Inc.

wants you for our Finished Goods Coordinator position.

Functions & Responsibilities

Review inventory levels and determine the details of finished goods purchases that need to be made
Provide reports on the status of finished goods, purchase orders, finished goods inventory and related issues
Liaise with the Sales Manager informing them of orders that have been entered and expected delivery dates
Prepare custom documents for incoming and outgoing shipments
Receive weekly shipment into inventory

Requirements:

Excellent communication with all other team members
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to work well with others or individually.
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
Selfstarter who takes initiatives on tasks and shows a willingness to learn.
Background in manufacturing or têxtiles is an asset.
Spanish would be an asset.
