Responsibilities:


Job Summary


The purpose of the position is to support the Sales Team on daily customer requests and execute ad hoc sales and marketing projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support analysis for SKU rationalization, new product recommendations, pricing, budgeting, and presentations
  • Support the marketing manager on the new business bid process including sample submission, competitive analysis, and pricing
  • Assist on inhouse Artwork Development for packaging components and sales support materials such as mockups, brochures, signage, sell sheets, and tradeshow materials
  • Support field sales team and customer with ongoing requests for information and required materials
  • Assist with market and industry analysis
  • Assist with VOC inputs and Quarterly Sales Reporting
  • Assist with Consumer Complaint tracking and analysis
  • Support administrative activities; Customer setup, DC setup, Item setup, Legal documents, customer portals updates, payment tracking, and others.

OE/Lean

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement processes such as 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, and Hoshin Kanri.

Technical Requirements:


  • Experience with MS Office

Education:
Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in sales, marketing, business, or finance.
