Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental company in North America, is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the servicing and dispatch of equipment, mechanics, and parts. If you're looking for an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace where you can build a career, this is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Dispatch

• Coordinate timely and accurate dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenance
• Schedule and dispatch rental equipment and tools to customers

Parts & Inventory

• Manage parts supply for shop mechanics, other branches, and customers
• Oversee Parts Department operations to maintain proper inventory levels and minimize costs
• Order parts to ensure adequate stock

Operations & Customer Support

• Prepare work schedules and respond to service calls
• Work with equipment vendors to understand maintenance needs for new equipment
• Handle customer issues related to equipment condition or operation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong experience in parts inventory management
• Knowledge of purchasing process and cost-efficient ordering
• Basic computer skills
• Supervisory experience
• Strong personal and professional integrity
• Flexible, solution-oriented approach to problem solving

Physical Requirements

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching
• Lifting 50+ pounds
• Indoor/outdoor work as needed
