- Process Management and Improvement – collaborate with other Scrum Masters and champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master role

- Minimum 5 years experience
- Scrum Master certification
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban frameworks and techniques as well as the ability to mentor others in their application of Agile and Scrum
- Utilize corporate objectives and priorities to ensure teams are working on the right piece of work
- Analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational or technical in nature
