Position responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively with various departments
Verify, enter, compile & process data to invoice customers
Day to day entries and information gathering regarding AR
Work with finance team to create financial reports as required
Lead for entering day to day data into project job costing
Support finance team with inventory entry and controls
Qualifications:
- Accounting Diploma or equivalent of 2 years full cycle accounting experience considered.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience with SAGE 300 an asset
- Effective planning and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to cope with change and work independently
