The Surrey site is looking for an office based Purchasing Agent to come join their team to support Canada's growing business

ROLE DESCRIPTION_

You will be dealing with various stakeholders - from colleagues, to sales personnel, to suppliers, to customers; it is vital that you communicate constructively with all stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be responsible for competitively purchasing products from suppliers, and coordinating this process, up to and including delivery to the customer, with an enthusiastic and commercial attitude.

You should know how to take advantage of opportunities and strive for the highest possible result.

The dynamics of your role will require a flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Previous purchasing experience is essential
Ideally educated to college degree level;
You have good commercial and communication skills;
You are a team player with great enthusiasm;
You have excellent administrative skills;
You are driven, resilient, and resultsoriented;
Ideally have experience working with packaging.
