Our Napa CMAX Paint and Body store is hiring

In this role, your specific responsibilities are;

• Effectively support the store's overall objectives, including providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals.
• Support the Store Manager in managing the store's assets including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
• Attend and participate in regular communication meetings held by the Store Manager.
• Willing to go on customer visits.
• Prepare and perform banking deposits as required.

To join our team, you need:

• Paint experience and knowledge is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge
• Experience in personnel management and administration duties.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• High attention to detail
