- Effectively support the store's overall objectives, including providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales.
- Assist the Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals.
- Support the Store Manager in managing the store's assets including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
- Attend and participate in regular communication meetings held by the Store Manager.
- Willing to go on customer visits.
- Prepare and perform banking deposits as required.
- Paint experience and knowledge is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge
- Experience in personnel management and administration duties.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
