Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.


Position Overview:


We have an opportunity for a Program Service Representative who will report to a manager to support client sites in adopting and using assigned technologies within the Manitoba health care enterprise architecture.

As a Program Service Representative, you will provide site and client support, data analysis and reporting. You will actively promote the adoption and use of assigned technologies and resolve barriers to technology access.

You will provide basic training tools, provide registration and enrollment assistance, ensure accurate records, and prepare and distribute stakeholder communications including promotional and training materials to support effective system use.

Professionalism and diplomacy will be evident in your work as you ensure adherence to the provincial ICT Enterprise Architecture while collaborating with clients and coworkers to provide excellent customer service.


Experience:


  • You have 3 years of experience working in an office environment within the health care sector providing customer service with advanced use of general office technologies including maintenance of spreadsheet and database content, and 1 year of experience supporting change management, adopting and using new technologies.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate):


  • You have a postsecondary diploma in a relevant field from an accredited postsecondary educational institution; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • You demonstrate the LEADS in a Caring Environment leadership capabilities at the developmental level.

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to work safely in a typical office environment and to lift and move items of up to approximately 10 kg.

This term position may end earlier as outlined in your collective agreement.
