Job summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong project-management orientation to support the rollout of Associate Management System (AMS). In this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements and prepare documentation.Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business functional and technical requirements develop process flows user stories and acceptance criteria create and manage test plans UAT activities document workflows data flows system interactions with stakeholders Assist in maintaining project schedules timelines milestones dependencies risk logs cost tracking variance reporting coordinate project meetings agendas action items facilitate vendor collaboration system integrators AMS partners Develop test scripts based on documented requirements support test execution defect logging tracking validate system configurations enhancements meet business technical requirements Serve liaison between technical teams business users develop training materials deliver training sessions staff new AMS functionality related systems Facilitate workshops discovery sessions ongoing communication internal teams leadership external vendors accurately status reports clearly communicate project issues risks decisions
