    Job Summary:

    We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and work closely with the client. As an HR Business Partner, you will align HR strategies with business goals, offering strategic guidance while fostering a supportive work atmosphere. The perfect candidate should have at least 7-10 years of diverse Human Resources experience, including five years in a leadership position within the professional services sector. You should have a thorough grasp of HR principles and regulations and the ability to drive meaningful changes while acting as a top-notch advisor to your supported teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be a trusted advisor to senior management, offering expert advice on various HR aspects like employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to create and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives and boost employee engagement and productivity.
    • Regularly assess HR practices to identify areas needing improvement and devise action plans to overcome obstacles.
    • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair policy application and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace.
    • Lead talent acquisition initiatives by working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and engage in the selection process.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers and staff on HR matters such as performance management, career growth, and employee relations.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, keeping abreast of legislative changes and making necessary adjustments proactively.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
    • Supervise HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and achieve desired outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on professional services.
    • A profound understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
    • Proven track record in delivering strategic HR support and collaborating with senior leadership.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at finding innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
    • Demonstrated capacity to build and nurture productive relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
    • Effective project management capabilities, capable of prioritizing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Professional HR certification is a plus.
