Job area:

This position entails traveling to Steel Shops all around the US and Canada to implement our software solution. There is also the opportunity for international travel. When not traveling, you will be in a customer support role.

Support will involve assisting customers with software issues, remote installations, remote training, version testing, and other responsibilities as they become available.

Travel:


  • Opportunities to travel around North America and Europe
  • Travel rate could reach 40% to 50%
  • A valid passport and driver's license is a requirement

Education and Experience Preferred:

- freshly graduated or with 2 years of IT experience

  • A bachelor's degree helps
  • Experience in the structural steel industry, with CNC machine tools, Experience of enterprise software such as ERP, PLM, MIS, etc. will help
  • Software installation and trouble shooting
  • SQL Server
  • Microsoft Office suites and Tools
  • Teaching/training others to use software, hardware, etc.
