ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Working with Sales Associates and leading team towards targets, including measuring performance, and evaluating trades.
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and executing the selling cycle.
  • Structuring new and used car transactions and assisting Sales team with closing tactics.
  • Utilize CRM tools and systems to maximize sales result.
  • Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A Current VSA MDC License.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized system.
  • Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • Possess a track record of success in a retail sales environment.
  • Have the ability to provide strong, dynamic leadership, guiding the dealership's overall business success.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.
