You will require extensive knowledge of BMO Retail lending products and procedures related to collections as well as in-depth knowledge of Privacy Legislation and the Collection Act.

• Negotiate amicable solutions using debt collection practices, Canadian Privacy and Collection laws, and processes.
• Utilize sound knowledge and understanding of BMO agreements terms to educate customers on their obligations.
• Acknowledge customer inquiries; arrange information through branch or telephone correspondence for mutually satisfactory arrangements.

Maintain good customer relations while minimizing financial losses through effective utilization of collection policies.
