Tako Loko is an authentic Mexican restaurant nestled in the quaint area of Hydrostone, North End Halifax. We serve authentic Mexican dishes in a warm, Mexican environment. We are looking for an energetic team player to join us as a kitchen helper.

Location of Work:
Halifax, NS


Wage:
$15.00 per hour

Hours per week: 30-35


Schedule for this job:
Monday to Friday

Term of employment: 24 months


Responsibilities:

• Wash and peel vegetables and fruit
• Wash worktables, shelves, appliances
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and shelves
• Sweep and mop floors,
• Clean, peel, slice and trim meats and vegetables
• May assist other staff by helping prepare food orders
• Serve customers if required

Language Requirements:

• Spanish language will be an asset
