    The Opportunity

    As a strategic problem solver supporting technical pre-sales to the Canadian Government Digital Experience sales team, this role helps agencies improve digital experiences for their internal and public users by crafting solutions using Adobe's Experience Cloud.

    What you'll Do

    The Senior Solution Consultant partners with assigned sales account executives to position solutions that address the customer's business challenges. This is done by articulating and demonstrating Adobe's value proposition and business value. The solutions consultant drives the technical sales process providing Adobe's point of view towards aligning the technical vision towards the customer business goals.

    To do this, we conduct discovery, deliver customer presentations, scope solutions based on requirements, provide demonstrations, and respond to RFP solicitations. In addition, there is a focus on collaborating across the Adobe ecosystem on ideas in support of customer success.

    Industry Focus

    The Solution Consulting team is responsible for guiding and delivering the most creative solutions supporting the Canadian Government and Crown Corporation entities. If you have an enterprise pre-sales background in government or are just passionate about helping customers solve their business challenges, we want to speak with you

    What you need to succeed

    • BS Degree in computer science or related field and/or 6 years of prior experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or software development role involved with Enterprise software and cloud-based/SaaS solutions is preferred
    • Technical experience with marketing technology solutions, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, web protocols, web analytics are useful to customize demonstrations
    • Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills are needed to engage with customer executives, conduct business requirement discovery sessions, and deliver dynamic presentations
    • Ability to travel as needed up to 40%, which typically includes 1-day visits with customers for discovery and solutioning meetings
    • A self-starter with a passion for learning new things and dedicated to customer success.
