    We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environments to lead and deliver complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives in highly regulated environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Manage scope of work, review hardware quotes for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
    • Technology Coordination: Lead the coordination and delivery of all technology initiatives, including image activation, remodels, refreshes, transitions, and acquisitions.
    • Installation Policy: Direct and ensure installation policy and procedures are followed with vendors, resolving technical issues and ensuring deliverables are met.
    • Communication Strategy: Lead communication process within the field regarding technology vision and operational conversations, staying informed of latest developments and innovations in restaurant technology.
    • Training and Operations: Own and execute field-level operations training for technology initiatives, scheduling and executing train-the-trainer sessions.
    • Solutions Development: Provide solutions to problems or gaps within processes and implement updates or new processes to create problem resolution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience
    • 5+ years of information technology or restaurant-related experience, including 2 or more years of direct management experience
    • Project planning and verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced Excel experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of QSR technology industry trends

    This role is located in Quebec and will require trips to surrounding client locations as well as the office located in Quebec. Hybrid model.
