The Opportunity
As a valued member of our Human Resources team, you will manage all aspects of the recruitment process including: posting, screening, interviewing, job offer and onboarding.
You will represent the organization at career fairs and seek creative and innovative ways to attract and retain top talent.
You will foster collaborative relationships with hiring managers and the members of the human resources team to ensure that operational needs are addressed through the hiring process, which may involve a customized approach.
Your qualifications include the completion of a Business Diploma (3 Year) or a Business degree, with a concentration in Human Resources.
You have a passion for recruitment. Are a strategic thinker who demonstrates strong business acumen. The ability to manage multiple recruitment competitions and adapt to competing demands is essential. You must be a self-motivated team player, with excellent judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills. Your proven ability to deliver results is essential.
You are a highly motivated team player with a strong commitment to safety and customer service, an excellent work ethic, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
