Description

Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Service Specialist.

Shift:
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM.

Qualifications:

Customer Service and computer experience is an asset
Call center and/or switchboard experience is preferred
Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is supported
High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
A Class 5 driver's license and drivers abstract are required, and transportation to work is required, as the location is not on a bus route
