Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in cybersecurity to lead and manage complex technical projects.

As an Experience Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on-time, within scope, and on-budget.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, operations, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on cybersecurity and/or IT, from initiation to closure
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management, engineering, operations to ensure successful project delivery
Manage project risks and issues and escalate as appropriate
Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and prepare project reports for senior management
Facilitate project meetings and communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet the agreedupon standards
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4+ relevant experience in project management, with a focus on IT/cybersecurity
Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the IT/cybersecurity domain
Understanding of IT/cybersecurity principles, technologies, and standards
Familiarity with industrystandard project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
Relevant industry certifications, such as PMP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Previous work in a multicultural environment
English required / French is a plus
