Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in cybersecurity to lead and manage complex technical projects.As an Experience Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on-time, within scope, and on-budget.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, operations, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on cybersecurity and/or IT, from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management, engineering, operations to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project risks and issues and escalate as appropriate
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and prepare project reports for senior management
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet the agreedupon standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ relevant experience in project management, with a focus on IT/cybersecurity
- Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the IT/cybersecurity domain
- Understanding of IT/cybersecurity principles, technologies, and standards
- Familiarity with industrystandard project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
- Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
- Relevant industry certifications, such as PMP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous work in a multicultural environment
- English required / French is a plus
