- Assess the needs of students: Assess the needs of students by analyzing, noting, interpreting and translating these needs to determine the policies and procedures to be implemented
- Plan interventions: Support the planning process for interventions to students by providing a diagnosis and recommendations that will help resolve students' problems
- Execute interventions: Facilitate the implementation process by providing relevant information on which method is used for each intervention
- Follow-up: Follow up on student files to promote compliance with school and administrative calendars
- Directing Students to the Right Individuals: Referring Students to the relevant services to ensure they receive the support they need during their studies Requirements of the role
- Fluently Bilingual - French and English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of school curriculums at high school, college, undergraduate and graduate levels
- Practical experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Organizational and analytical skills, excellent judgment and attention to detail
