Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a company who is a provider of banking and financial services. The company operates through two divisions, Retail Banking and Services, and Corporate and Institutional Banking
Responsibilities:
System Support
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and propose solutions to HRIS data issues and feed/interface failures, escalate as necessary
- Create end user manuals for common questions in HR tools
- Participate in auditing and maintenance of employee records, including HR status updates, terminations, and new hires
- Prepare data uploads and assist with reconciling data between PeopleSoft and other internal compensation systems, including Payroll
- Control data quality of information within HRIS systems; validate changes related to HRIS data
- Assist in administering various HRIS java systems
Data Integrity
- Help maintain HR and payroll data integrity in the systems by running queries, analyzing data, and creating and running various reconciliations
- Create and utilize reports and data queries to authenticate integrity of employee information
- Ensure alignment of Finance and HR business structure through quarterly audit process
- Validate and report employee headcount data on a monthly basis; identify and resolve differences between Finance and Human Resources systems
Required Qualifications:
- 35 years of HRIS experience
- Experience with HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft HCM preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate to technical and nontechnical users.
- Advanced MicroSoft Excel skills
- Outstanding operational and organizational skills in addition to detailed oriented work
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to operate autonomously and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to be well organized and to be multitasking
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural team
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and to be clientoriented
- Demonstrates problemsolving, solutionsoriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience/training
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Knowledge of the banking industry
- Analytical and project management skills a plus
