Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our products are designed and manufactured at our Cambridge, ON facility.

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the production and QA team.
  • Date entry.
  • Update production schedule.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Other duties as may be requested.
  • Potential for the job to become fulltime permanent.

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From $22.00 per hour
