Job Description:


Position Overview
As one of our Shuttle Drivers, you are often our guest's first experience with Cabot's brand. You have a passion for service excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything you do.

Providing transportation to our guests you safely transport them to and from various locations including airports, Cabot golf courses, and day excursions.

Your
COMMUNICATION skills are consistently clear, concise, and are delivered with a positive, caring tone.

You proactively seek additional opportunities to support your Cabot teammates, are proud to represent the Cabot brand, and proactively act as an ambassador and role model.


Executional Excellence:


  • Offer consistently professional, engaging, and friendly service.
  • Provide transportation to and from destinations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and working order of shuttle vans and other company vehicles daily.
  • Execute all reasonable guest requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Follow resort and departmental operation standards.
  • Assist Bell Staff with the arrival and departure of guests.
  • Assist in handling guest luggage and providing directions.
  • Provide information on Cabot resort services and accommodations and assist in travel arrangements as required.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Previous transportation experience is an asset.
  • Valid Class 4 Nova Scotia Driver's Licence.
  • Clean Driving Abstract.

Physical Demands:


  • Able to lift and carry 50lbs or more.
