What you'll be doing

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development & support team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Mentor junior developers, foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing, and promote best practices within the team.
• Lead code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver highquality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Respond to userreported issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate and diagnose software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on both support and development roles.
• Experience in a lead developer role, with demonstrated ability to guide and mentor a development team.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Strong understanding of backend technologies, including serverside languages (e.g., , Python, Java) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Preferred experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and automation.
• Experience in OOP, design patterns, containers, microservices, serverless implementations
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
