As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prospective residents with an enhanced leasing experience utilizing Oxford developed sales techniques
  • Showing and leasing of available suites in a timely manner achieving the highest possible market rents
  • Completion of leasing documentation in accordance with company protocols and reporting deadlines
  • Providing the Property Manager with competitive market data through market surveys, monitoring of print advertising, both web and social media sites
  • Assisting with organizing and scheduling of monthly moveins

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 13 years of experience working in a similar leasing or customer service role
  • Completion of a postsecondary education with designation or certificates in property management preferred
  • Ability to work independently including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Thrive in organizations that constantly evolve and adapt
  • Embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a teamwork environment
  • Driven to achieving results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking
